The incumbent is expected to provide comprehensive, integrated view of risks and enables management of risks across firm on a consistent basis and in line with business and strategic objectives. Enterprise Risk Management is a structured approach to identifying, measuring, assessing, monitoring, controlling, and reporting on all risks facing BOC Life. It enables BOC Life to achieve its business and strategic objectives, while remaining within the risk appetite established and approved by management.
