Develop and maintain risk policies, procedures and risk control frameworks for the Company, including setting Key Risk Indicators, reviewing key risk controls, risk profiling and to ensure the portfolio and business are in compliance with regulatory requirement and aligned with the risk appetite defined
Participates in the assessment, monitoring and supervisory review of the company’s risk management.
Establish risk management plans and make recommendations in setting risk appetite, ensuring the overall risk management framework is effective.
Takes parts in the building of the corporate risk management and internal control framework, formulates and streamlines relevant policies, flows and assists in its implementation.
Develop and prepare analyses risk related reports, including insurance risk, credit risk, liquidity risk, operation risk, strategic risk, etc.
Perform analyses on investment, including market risk, liquidity risk, counterparty risk, VaR, and stress testing, etc.
Perform any other duties as assigned.
Bachelor degree in Risk Management/Economics/Finance and Accounting
At least 5 years of experience in risk management, actuarial, finance or investment in life insurance/ financial industries
Solid experience and knowledge in Economic Capital is a plus.
Technical skills in relation to the management and monitoring of different risk types such as credit risk, market risk, counterparty risk, liquidity risk, operational risk, etc.
Good command written and spoken in English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
Good analytical, interpersonal and communication skills, self initiation, detail-oriented and independent.
