Risk Manager (风控总监，Listed Chinese securities)
Job Matcher Job Description
- Develop and improve risk policies, standards and methodologies, particularly in product risk and market
- risk areas.
- Participate in the assessment of new products and loan projects, provide recommendations on risk mitigations and control measures.
- Identify, measure and report risk exposure of investment portfolios. Follow up any limit breaches or alerts with portfolio managers.
- Assist in the development, testing and maintenance of risk management system and tools
- Perform additional duties and support other risk management related projects when required
Knowledge & Experience Required
- Bachelor degree or above in Risk Management, Finance, Statistics, or other related discipline
- Holder of FRM/CFA is highly preferred
- 5 years of recent market risk or credit risk experience at a credible investment bank, securities firm or asset management company
- Solid product and risk management knowledge in structured finance, fixed income, and asset management
- Excellent command of English and Chinese
