  • Assist implementation of the Enterprise Risk Management processes including preparation of risk registers and risk management activities reporting
  • Work closely with management to ensure risks are identified, assessed and monitored in a timely manner
  • Identify, develop and implement effective initiatives (e.g. Policies and Procedures and other internal controls) to reduce potential exposure
  • Maintain business continuity plans and support management to perform effective drills
  • Conduct research on emerging risk trends in the business environment and propose mitigating measures
  • Support implementation of risk aware culture including preparation of trainings


  • Degree holder with professional qualifications such as CPA
  • 7 years or more relevant experience including risk management and internal audit (operational) gained from real estate industry
  • Prior external audit experience with Big 4 and exposure in PRC business operations will be a plus
  • Good business acumen and attentive to detail and accuracy
  • Good presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of oral and written English
  • Strong PC skills in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
