Job Overview

Key Accountabilities

  • Total compliance and accuracy in security guards deployment according to duty roster, attendance
  • Oversee security deployment at stores.
  • Provide updates on the security situation and seek feedback on the service
  • Liaise with all stakeholders to minimise losses due to theft and shoplifting
  • Lead, direct and guide the security team in on-site problem-solving.
  • Respond, manage and report on incidents of interests at the stores. Ensure actions taken are properly documented
  • Investigate all problems concerning security guards and provide reports with assessments and recommendations to solve the problems
  • Prepare and submit weekly risk reports


  • 為客戶作出保安人員出勤部署及監督,確保安全
  • 為客戶提供最新安全情況的資料,與客戶和相關者緊密合作,溝通有關保安安排及安全部署
  • 提供保安策略和安排,以減少商店盜竊和安全危機,及隨時指導安全團隊解決現場問題。
  • 及時回應、管理和報告商店中的保安事件,記錄所採取的適當行動
  • 調查和處理保安人員有關的問題,並提供評估和建議
  • 提交每週風險報告



  • At least 2 years’ experience in a disciplined service; corporate security; retail loss prevention and/or commercial investigations.
  • A clear understanding risk management and how to mitigate risk.
  • Knowledge of the law and legal principles.
  • Certification in Basic First Aid will be a plus.
  • Security License holder.
  • Mature with high ethical standards and an appreciation of customer service.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Spoken and written English and Cantonese. Spoken Mandarin an advantage.
  • Part-timer are welcomed.
