Hang Seng's Retail Distribution focuses on personal wealth management and financial services. Our one-stop wealth management initiatives are designed for both our affluent and mass integrated account customers. With more than 280 branches and service outlets, including around 60 Prestige Banking Centres for our high-end personal customers, we serve over half of the adult population, offering an extensive range of products.

 

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our branch network as RM Portfolio and Segmentation Manager.

 

Principal responsibilities

  • Assist in formulating PSE customer portfolio assignment strategies of different streams of CRM with consideration of business needs and CRM model
  • Monitor and analyze loading, purity and efficiency of PSE customer portfolio of different streams of CRM by leveraging management information, and coordinate reassignment when non-complied cases identified.
  • Assist in subdividing customers into clearly identifiable segments and establishing and implementing a structured portfolio reassignment framework for inactive customer portfolio different segments to assure all portfolio will be managed in efficient ways
  • Devise and implement plans for RSS sales and service model for Signature clients and Signature RM by working with internal/external stakeholders in order to fulfil Signature clients’ wealth management needs and thus to uplift portfolio penetration

Requirements

  • University degree with a minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Able to work independently and under pressure
  • Customer centric mindset and ability to manage complex interactions effectively
  • Ability to bring divergent ideas to create new and valuable solutions
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese
