- Minimum 2 years related working experience, preferably in hospitality industry / Front Office

- Independent, proactive, initiative and able to do multi-task before deadlines

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work with departmental managers

- Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
