Job Duties:

  • Manage the end to end recruitment cycle for the client
  • Ensure all deadlines are met and monitor the overall recruitment progress
  • Collect requirements from the Business and HR
  • Work with the Business and HR on designing and executing effective sourcing strategies and campaigns to attract and hire talents that fits with job specifications, such as job posting portal, LinkedIn, video shooting, promotion leaflets, and etc.
  • Participate in the career fair and other recruitment related activities
  • Conduct panel interviews with the Business and HR
  • Extend offers to candidates and conduct reference check (employment, educational, and professional certificates)
  • Attend Bi-weekly/monthly meeting with the HR Department on recruitment progress update

Requirements:

  • Degree Holder or above in HR Management or related disciplines
  • 3-5 years of solid experience in HR
  • With experience in F&B, FMCG industry is advantage
  • Strong ability to priorities workload and able to work under multi-tasking
  • Independent, detail-minded, proactive, flexible, well-organize, positive attitude
  • Excellent communication and international skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skill in all English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
