Assist management in developing and reviewing the corporate safety management system including policy, manual and procedures for continual improvement;
Identify training needs and organize safety training program to staff at all levels;
Plan and coordinate safety promotion campaign to maintain safety practices and foster safety culture of workers;
Assist in safety audit;
Provide support to other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Degree or above;
Registered Safety Officer and Registered Safety Auditor in Labour Department;
Minimum 2 years relevant working experience in construction industry;
Proficiency in written English and Chinese;
Good communication and interpersonal skills;
Proficiency in MS office applications and Chinese Word Processing;
Proactive, good communication and interpersonal skill, well organized and self-motivated with team spirit.
