Safety Supervisor

Job Description

What you are in charge of:

• Monitor the compliance of safety rules and safe practices for the maintenance activities 
• Maintain and align the safety goals and objectives with clients
• Investigate safety incidents and prepare incident reports 
• Follow up on complaints and findings of safety incidents, provide advice and enhance the safety precaution
• Review, inspect and acquire the safety certificates of equipment to comply with ISO requirements
• Maintain safety inspection records of all tools and equipment and an overview of all outstanding matters
• Conduct safety training to the new recruits and conduct regular safety meetings to maintain the safety awareness
• Prepare and submit regular safety reports
• Ad-hoc tasks assigned by the superior 

What you offer:

• Certificate in Safety and Health for Supervisors (Construction) course provided by the Occupational Safety and Health Council (OSHC) or the Construction Safety Supervisor Course provided by the Construction Industry Council (CIC) or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years' construction site experience
• ISO 9001/14001/45001 knowledge
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Engineering or technical experience would be an advantage
