Salad Artist



  • Design salads and provide recommendations based on customers preferences
  • Follow recipes & standards  for making  salads
  • Preparation of Salad toppings, dressings, and grab and go items
  • Top up Salad Bar, dressing bottles etc
  • Have the ability to handle a high volume of orders
  • Maintain the highest quality of standard in food preparation and presentation.
  • Maintain cleanliness and neatness of outlet following the standards of the procedure
  • Stock supplies, such as food or utensils, in serving stations, cupboards, refrigerators, or salad bars.
  • Remove trash and garbage to dumpster.
  • Assist kitchen staff with food preparation duties when needed
  • Wash, peel, and/or cut food items, including fruits, vegetables, or certain types of meats.
  • Assist the team and superiors in meeting their sales goals
  • Receive a pre -order via an app, and help in the process of preparation and delivery. This includes 3rd party vendors like deliveroo, food panda etc.
  • In charge of other duties such as cashiering, replenishing of station and grab and go area
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area adhering to food safety and health standards.
  • Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, or utensils in clean and orderly condition.
  • To perform any others duties required and assigned by immediate supervisors or representatives of the management.


  • No experience required
  • Monthly Rate HK$13,000
  • Basic communication in English & Cantonese
  • 48 net working hours per week
  • 6-8 day (s) off in a month
