Salas Assistant/ Sales Coordinator

Responsibilities:
  • Be responsible the delivery schedule with Japanese head office as well as major clients
  • Handle quotation editing , issue invoice and purchase order processing
  • Assist in inventory control
  • Act as a supportive teammate to make sure the after sales services are under control
  • Liaise with customers, suppliers and vendors

Requirements:
  • Degree holder in any disciplines
  • Good command in Japanese, English and Mandarin
  • JPLT N2 or above
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint
  • Responsible, energetic, cheerful, cooperate and team spirit
  • Good discipline and willing to learn
