Sales Account Manager

  • On-going account planning and management to ensure customer satisfaction, and drive additional revenue streams.
  • Identify, develop and recognize new opportunities (cross/up selling) for expanding our solution offering footprint.
  • Building and maintaining close relationship with clients’ key decision makers and influencers.
  • Provide regular update to the clients on our corporate new, product announcement and product roadmap.
  • Working closely with technical team and subject-matter-expert to address customer needs or problems or risks.


  • 1 - 3 years experience in solution selling or client servicing role.
  • Experience in account planning and management.
  • Experience in CRM, Contact Center, and ITSM industry has an added advantage.
  • Passionate about customer success and building deep customer relationships.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to access to Senior/C-Level.
  • Commercially astute.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, critical thinking and drive-to-learn personality.
  • Excellent communication skill in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
  • University degree or equivalent.
