Job Responsibilities

  • Assist sales team for all daily administrative and operation task
  • Regular daily and monthly sales report punctual updating
  • Coordinate with internal department for execution of daily sales order
  • Regular call to key account stores for order taking and stock arrangement
  • ad hoc sales related task will be assigned

Job Requirement

  • Diploma Holder
  • Key account / General Trade sales coordination or administration experience is preferred.
  • Proficiency in English, Chinese and Mandarin
  • Presentable, Team player, detail-minded, multi-tasking
  • Good command in Word, Excel and Powerpoint
