Job Description

  • Prepare Purchase Order (PO) to vendors for all regions;
  • Follow up sales order status;
  • Provide support to finance & operation team on daily activities;
  • Prepare sales relevant reports, commercial invoices, credit and debit notes etc.;
  • Data input and filing;
  • Handle office administration tasks;
  • Assist in other ad hoc assignments;


  • F.5/DSE/IVE or above;
  • 1-2 years relevant experience is preferred;
  • Detail-oriented, well organized, responsible, punctual, diligent and self-motivated;
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Internet knowledge and computer skills; familiar with Microsoft Office;
  • Good command of Cantonese, English and Putonghua;
