Responsibilities:

  • Handle finance lease, hire purchase and loan document processing
  • Prepare agreement and related document for customer
  • Provide administrative and clerical support to sales team in delivering excellent service to our customer & dealer
  • Other duties for general clerical duties including data input & filing

 

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or above with 1-2 years relevant experience
  • Experience in sales admin jobs, especially in finance industry is preferable
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Word, Excel & Powerpoint & Chinese typing
  • Mature with positive attitude and good communication skill
  • Self-motivated, well organized and able to work independently
