Sales Admin & Shipping Clerk

Responsibilities:

  • Support sales team to issue sales contract, invoice, delivery note, packing list, etc
  • Assist sales team to monitor goods delivery and invoicing
  • Liaison with warehouse, purchasing and sales to perform logistic operations
  • Shipping related work support such as go to forwarder/courier company to handle related document if necessary
  • Perform other duties assigned by supervisors

Requirements:

  • Form 5 / HKDSE or above, with at least 2 years of working experience preferable
  • Familiar with Microsoft office like outlook, word, excel
  • Knowledge or experience on I/E shipment arrangement and L/C procedure is an advantage
  • Pleasant, initiative, detail-minded, well-organized and willing to take responsibility
  • Good telephone manner and communication skills
  • Fair spoken and written English is required
  • Immediately available is preferred
