  • Provide administrative support to sales team
  • Responsible for customer order processing
  • Prepare presentation materials and provide related documentation support
  • Arrange and coordinate meetings with both internal and external parties

Requirements:

  • Degree holder or High Diploma
  • Minimum 1 year relevant experience
  • Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision and good sense of responsibility
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, Chinese word processing and basic computer knowledge
