Sales Administration Assistant

B.S.C. Building Materials Supply Company Limited

Responsibilities:

  • Support the entire process of issuing sales quotations by handling internal enquiries and system administration
  • Manage sales orders and update information in ERP system
  • Assist to handle sales contracts, contractual letters and related documentation
  • Assist to prepare project proposals and tender documents
  • Provide sales administrative support to internal units as required

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in Business related disciplines
  • 2+ year working experience in sales administration in trading business
  • Hands-on experience in ERP & CRM systems are bonus
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal and time-management skills
  • Good command of MS Office
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English & Chinese
  • Candidates with more experience would be considered as Officer, Sales Administration
