Sales Administration Assistant
We are now seeking a potential incumbent to join our expanding company with the following responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Data entry in ERP System
- Perform daily administration support
- Follow up and prepare summaries of invoices and payments
- Prepare daily and analysis reports
- Perform ad-hoc assignment
Requirements:
- At least 2 years relevant working experience, preferably in retail industry
- With Accounting knowledge will be an advantage
- Able to work independently and under pressure
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Good PC skills (MS Word, Excel, Chinese WP)
- Work Location: Retail shop or office
- Immediate available is highly preferred
