Provide administrative support to the operation of telemarketing centre
Handle customers’ enquires and conduct phone verifications of credit card / loan application
Assist to collect supporting documents and update related record in system
Handle loan drawdown arrangement
Ensure all applications are handled in compliance with company guidelines and requirements
Form 5 / DSE graduate or above
Minimum 1 year’s working experience in telemarketing or sales support role is an advantage
Proficient in MS Office Applications, e.g. Word & Excel
Good command of both written & spoken English and Chinese
Fresh graduate will also be considered
