We are a well-established food distributor representing a number of prestigious Japanese FMCG/food brands in Hong Kong.  In line with our business development, we now require a high caliber professional to join our sales and marketing team.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for sales administration including issuing quotation, invoicing, order processing
  • Liaise with internal and external parties to follow up the order delivery and logistic arrangement
  • Provide efficient support to Sales team and other internal departments
  • Perform administrative and clerical duties
  • Assist in ad hoc projects if required

 

Requirements:

  • Secondary education, Form 5, DSE or equivalent
  • Experience in sales administration work, with FMCG background preferable
  • Familiar with MS Office Application and Chinese Word processing
  • Mature, well-organized, detailed-minded, able to work independently
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
