Sales & Administration Coordinator (5 days work)

Responsibilities:

  • To assist Sales and Operation Department in general administrative work to achieve excellence
  • To maintain effective communication with retail shops
  • To handle customer complaints
  • Follow up sales records closely and assist in maintaining sales/stocks data in ERP
     

Requirements:

  • Form 5 or above or equivalent qualification
  • 1 - 2 years customer service experience in retail is preferred, with bedding industry is an advantage
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills with high flexibility.
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
  • Knowledge in Mandarin will be an advantage
  • Good PC operations knowledge, particularly in MS Excel
