Sales Administrative Assistant/Officer (Welcome Fresh Graduate)

What you’ll be doing?

• Prepare maintenance agreements & correspondences for clients in commencement, revision, renewal & resumption of agreements;
• Analyze customers’ situation and plan agreement proposal with superior. Liaise & negotiate with clients for maintenance charges and agreement terms by meetings and telephone conversations. Follow up with clients to secure maintenance agreements. Conduct tender interview for maintenance contracts;
• Handle clients’ enquiries & complaints. Conduct customer visits and prepare customer interview reports;
• Handle agreement issues of special/major clients;
• Prepare maintenance tender documents, maintenance costing for new sales tenders and regain proposal;
• Prepare inter-department memos & correspondences for termination, resumption & other special arrangements of maintenance jobs;
• Update agreement information in system.

Who are we looking for:

• Bachelor degree in Business or Art or equivalent;
• 1 year of relevant experience is preferable; Fresh Graduates are welcome;
• Candidate with more experience will be considered for the position Sales Administrative Officer;
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese;
• Proficiency in MS Office Applications and Chinese Word Processing;
• Knowledge in SAP system would be an advantage;
• Strong communication skills, initiative and detailed minded.
