Jobs Duties:

  • Prepare and process quotation, sales orders, sales invoices and related documents
  • Work closely with internal parties on daily order processing and logistics
  • Assist sales teams to generate more sales leads
  • Support on inbound call, email enquiries and outbound warm call
  • Maintain and update sales data timely and accurately

Requirements:

  • DSE or High Diploma (fresh graduates will also be considered)
  • Proficiency in using MS Word, Excel and Chinese WP
  • Good on figures typing with numerical sense
  • Fast learning, responsible, well-organized and attention to details
  • Good command of spoken & written English and Cantonese
  • Immediate available is preferred
