Our client, a Japanese trading company located at AdmiraltyThey would like to invite candidate of high caliber to join us in the following capacity:

Job Duties:

  • To coordinate with overseas office, customers, suppliers etc. when required, to update the necessary information required for shipment and updating the internal system “SAP"
  • To be responsible for basic shipment arrangement (e.g. prepare invoices / packing list / booking to forwarders / courier shipment arrangement / import & Export custom Declaration)
  • To follow orders when required, relevant to shipment and system area.
  • To perform general administrative and clerical support for the division, such as car booking, meeting room booking, expense claims, arrange hotel booking and business trip etc.
  • Perform other ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned

Requirements:

  • Diploma graduates with commercial studies
  • 3-5 years’ relevant working experience in shipping area
  • With general knowledge of import & export shipping documents
  • Proficient in MS office
  • Good command of English, Mandarin
  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills
  • Responsible and able to work independently
