Sales Administrator (Contract)

Sanofi-Aventis Hong Kong Ltd

Duties:

  • Provide sales operations support to Key Account channel and General Trade
  • Prepare daily sales report
  • General Trade contract maintenance / central filing
  • Key contact point with Merchandising team regarding Key Account topics
  • Work closely with various internal departments to manage goods return
  • Staff purchase handling and logistics arrangement
  • Assist the sales-related administrative work and ad-hoc tasks

Requirements:

  • Diploma / Degree holders
  • 1-2 years’ relevant working experience in Consumer Healthcare / FMCG
  • Able to work independently and self-motivated
  • Good communication skill and interpersonal skills
  • Well-organized and attentive to details
  • Responsible, fast learner and good team player
  • Proficient in MS office
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
  • Fresh graduates are welcomed
