Sales Administrator / Coordinator
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to Sales General Manager or Director
- Assist on the preparation of project tendering and quotation
- Update and maintain departmental correspondences and customer database
- Generate monthly sales report, data entry, filing, issuing, costing and other documents
- Handle customer inquiries
- Provide other ad hoc duties as required
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree holder in secretarial studies/business administration or equivalent disciplines
- Minimum 1-year working experience, experience in the kitchen cabinet, building materials or design & construction firm will be an advantage
- Organized, detail-oriented, independent and able to work under pressure
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel & Power-point, Chinese and English word processing
- Good written and spoken English and Chinese, average in Putonghua
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Immediate available is preferred
