Duties:

  • Responsible for account servicing
  • Input, verify & check customer’s order 
  • Handling inquiries for order management and after-sales service
  • Work closely with internal parties & overseas offices to ensure customers’ requirements are met
  • Provide clerical support and other duties as assigned

 

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or above
  • 2-3 years of sales coordination/sales admin. / customer-service / sales support/account servicing experience in the electronic industry
  • Past experience with handling pre-sales / after-sales services with electronic products is preferred
  • Proficient in written English and Chinese
  • Immediate available is preferred
  • Less experience with high calibre is also welcome
