Sales Administrator (Food Service)

Responsibilities:

• Assist Sales Manager to handle customers enquiries, prepare quotations and daily sales supports
• Coordinate with sales team, customer service and procurement team to ensure sales forecast and inventory are under control
• Set up systematics record of customers contract, enquiries, and replies
• Analyze markets potential, track sales, and provide status reports
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
• Reach out customer leads
• Assist in ad-hoc projects as required

Requirements:

• Form 5 / DSE or above
• Well organized, detail-minded and demonstrate good communication and interpersonal skills
• Hands-on PC skills including MS Office
• Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin
• Fresh graduate will also be considered
