Sales Administrator - Kitchen and Laundries Industry

Our Client provides a complete package in design, planning, supply, installation, after sales and maintenance service for commercial kitchen and laundry equipment


  • Provide vital support to the team
  • Handle Order processing
  • Handle customers enquiries about orders or deliveries
  • Handle incoming calls and alert representatives to any urgent issues
  • Regular update representatives on order status/ delivery details
  • Arrange appointments for individuals and provide presentation or product information
  • Coordinate with suppliers/ subcontractors
  • Act as a liaison between manufacturing and logistics departments
  • Deal with the technical department to resolve any product or technical queries
  • Maintain sales records and update customer records regularly and ensure accuracy
  • Act as an extension of the team when Sales Executive or Technicians are away from the office.


  • Min 1 year experience in administrative work
  • Previous experience in F&B industry and kitchen equipment is a plus
  • Good communication skills with well spoken and written in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Good Organizational Skills with the ability to meet deadline and work under pressure
  • Good computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel and Dynamic)

Salary: 17,000 - 22,000

Work Location: Kwai Chung
