Sales Administrator / Sales Coordinator / Sales Assistant(General Trade)

Role Description:

  • Handle sales administration including sales orders, price quotation and invoicing with high accuracy & timeliness.
  • Perform basic clerical duties to support Sales Team
  • Liaise with internal and external parties to follow up delivery and logistic arrangement
  • Support sales team operations, marketing events and maintain good filing
  • Coordinate with China factory, overseas office for sales orders
  • Manage and maintain the database of SAP system

Requirement:

  • Higher diploma or above
  • Minimum 2 years experience in sales admin (experience in FMCG is a plus)
  • PC Knowledge in MS Excel (vlookup, pivot table etc.), Word, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese including Mandarin
  • Well-organized, self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Immediately available is highly preferable
