Sales Administrator

Key Responsibilities:

  • To act as a good administrative supporting role among the clients, vendors and internal staff in order to deliver the timely services to the clients.
  • To closely follow up the sales administration work with our International clients including the pre-sales and after-sales service arrangement
  • To well manage the tight time line schedule and closely follow up with our clients to provide require information to the government and relevant parties for the projects.
  • To provide quality sales administrative supporting services to our company different category of professional advisory services.
  • To well maintain our customers database and sales relevant reports.
  • To support our front desk for call answering and general administrative work in ad hoc basis

The Ideal candidates would have:

  • Fluent English, Mandarin and Cantonese is a must
  • Degree up with min. 3 years plus sales administration experience
  • Working experience in hospitality industry is an advantage
  • Experience in working with the expatriate or foreign people
  • Working experience in hospitality industry is an advantage
  • Good customer service skills in handling clients requests
  • Detailed minded and good memory
  • Good interpersonal & communication skills
  • Diligent, polite and pleasant characteristics
  • Excellent computer skills in MS Office and Chinese word processing is a must
