Sales Administrator

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for daily sales administration activities (e.g., quotation, contract, invoice, sales reports and presentation preparation, documentation processing, meeting scheduling and coordination, follow-up on the clients’ quotation & payment etc.)
  • Provide sales administration support to Sales Team
  • Liaise with internal departments and sales team in China to ensure the sales orders are processed accurately within proper timelines
  • Assist in marketing and promotion events
  • Occasional travel to China is required

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above or equivalent
  • Minimum 2-3 years relevant experience in sales co-ordination, support and administration in industrial engineering sector
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
  • Well organized with great attention to details
  • Proficiency in MS word, excel and Chinese word processing
  • Good command of written & spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
