Responsibilities

  • Prepare all sales documents including sales order, invoice, delivery note, etc.
  • Coordinate sales order with different departments
  • Provide general office administrative supports, manage office supplies & procurement, arrange facility and equipment maintenance, handle incoming calls, etc;
  • Assist in organizing company activities;
  • Perform ad hoc assignments as required

Requirements

  • F. 6 or above
  • At least 1 year working experience in administrative field
  • Familiar with PC knowledge (Word, Excel, Outlook & Chinese Word Processing);
  • Strong interpersonal skills with good telephone manner;
  • Detail minded, organized, responsible and effective problem solving;
  • Good command of written English and Cantonese
  • Immediate available is preferred
  • Hands-on experience in SAP system is an advantage
