主要職責Principal Responsibility:
 

  • Assist in project coordination with sales team
  • Perform sales administration duties and deal with ERP system (BaaN)
  • Tender preparation in collaboration with technical and sales business units
  • Maintain and update proper statutory records
  • Secretarial support to the department members


職位要求 Job Specifications:
 

  • 學歷Education:
  • Diploma holder or above with practical experience in travel arrangement & marketing event administration
  • 經驗Experience:
  • 3- 4 years relevant experience in sales administration / secretarial support
  • 技能Skills / Abilities:
  • Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese ( Mandarin and Cantonese) and good at telephone manner
  • Good teamwork ethic and self-motivated
  • 其他Others:
  • Familiar with computer software like MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Practical experience in travel arrangement and marketing event administration
  • Occasional travel overseas to assist company exhibition
