Our Client, a HK based trading & distributor, is now looking for a high calibre for the following position

Responsibilities:
  • Perform the order-processing in Oracle System.
  • Be responsible for following up the customer orders.
  • Coordinate with foreign and China suppliers to ensure timely delivery to customers.
  • Prepare shipping documents.
  • Handle customer enquiries in a timely manner.
  • Provide full support to sales team for daily sales activities.
  • Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Degree holder or above.
  • With 1 – 2 years of experience in order processing will be an advantage.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated, detail-oriented and able to work independently.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Chinese Word Processing is a must.
  • Good command of written and spoken English and proficient in Mandarin.
  • Fresh graduates will also be considered.
