Responsibilities:

  • Prepare reports and purchase orders, invoice, sales contracts;
  • Follow up sales order and general clerical duties;
  • Liaise and coordinate with internal and external parties;
  • Responsible for the daily administrative activities;
  • Handle oversea branches' inquiries from overseas;
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in business administration or related major;
  • Good English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
  • 2 years experience in handling sales administration role and experience;
  • Fresh graduates are also welcomed;
  • MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese typing;
  • Good communication skills, stable and good team player;
  • Immediately available is preferred
