Sales Administrator

Responsibilities:

 

  • To provide administrative support to Sales Department
  • To prepare quotations, sales report, GP calculations, and all other documents
  • To administer sales orders and procedures in order to comply with Company’s policies
  • To perform daily clerical job, such as input sales order in Salesforce systems, and etc.
  • To maintenance filing system for Sales Department
  • To handle enquiries from call-in customers to facilitate the related sales service support
  • ad hoc duties as assigned

  

Requirements:

 

  •  F.7 standard or above in any discipline
  •  Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Fluent in Putonghua and English (both written and oral) is an advantage
  • 1-2 years of experience in Sales Administration or Customer Services
  • knowledge of IT industry an advantage
  • Willing to learn and work hard
