Job Requirements

  • Degree holder in Business Studies or related disciplines
  • 2 years working experience in sales administration support
  • Experience in multicultural environment is highly preferred
  • Self-motivated, energetic, cheerful and attention to details
  • Good communication of both spoken and written English
  • Proficient in using MS Office such as Word and Excel
  • Immediate available will be a great advantage

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide support on daily sales operation and order coordination
  • Coordinate with overseas vendors and customers on order processing
  • Follow up sales documents including quotation and purchase orders
  • Maintain proper order database and prepare regular sales reports
