Sales Administrator

Chevalier AOC Freight Express Holdings Limited

  • Paid overtime


  • Communicate effectively and efficiently to all enquiries from customers and coordinate with overseas agents to follow up shipment status
  • Establish and maintain good relationship with customers and overseas agents
  • Provide sales support to sales team, prepare quotation and reports, etc
  • Any other ad hoc projects as may be assigned by the Company


  • Form 7 or above
  • 1-2 years working experience, preferably from freight forwarding or logistics industry
  • Fresh graduates will also be considered
  • Strong analytical skills, result-oriented and strive for excellence
  • Pro-active, aggressive and can work independently
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Chinese & Mandarin
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel & PowerPoint
  • Immediately available is preferable
