Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle and follow up Sales orders/related requests;
  • Handle customer enquires & complaints;
  • Provide monthly reports (sales order/stock inventory);
  • Manage and update customer databases;
  • Handle sales administrative work (Purchasing order, sales quotation/invoice, & schedule maintenance orders);
  • Perform general clerical, ad hoc and filing duties.


  • Diploma or above;
  • At least 2 years relevant working experience in customer services or sales administration;
  • Good computer literacy in MS Office (Word & Excel);
  • Able to work independently, detail-minded, well organized, self-motivated and under pressure;
  • Good in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
  • Immediate availability is preferable.

Working Location: Hong Kong Science Park, Tai Po, N.T.
