Qualification & Requirement:
- F.5/HKDSE or above.
- With one year’s working experience in trading firm.
- Good PC knowledge in using MS office applications.
- Good command of spoken & written in English and Chinese.
- Fast learner, self-motivated, work independently with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Provide overall clerical support to the Sales and Marketing Department.
- Sustain and build a good relationship with customers and suppliers, handle customers’ enquiries and follow-up sales orders and logistic arrangements.
- Carry out day-to-day sales and administration works, typing quotations, sales orders, purchase orders, invoices, and any ad hoc assignments when required.
Working Hours: Mon to Fri: 9:00am to 6:00pm / Sat: 9:00am to 12:00noon (Alternative Sat. off)
