Responsibilities:
- Prepare and process sales order and purchase order
- Coordinate with Sales Department and customers for logistics and invoice arrangement
- Communicate with vendor to arrange various service for customers
- Handle customers ad-hoc enquiries
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma holder or above with relevant experience preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Mature, organized and able to take up challenges and pressure
- Good command in English and Chinese writing
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
