Sales Administrator/Clerk (Kowloon Bay)

Qualification & Requirement:

• F.5/HKDSE or above.
• With one year’s working experience in trading works.
• Good PC knowledge in using MS office applications.
• Good command of spoken & written English and Chinese.
• Fast learner, self-motivated, work independently with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fresh graduates are welcome.

Job Duties:

• Provide overall clerical support to the Sales and Marketing Department.
• Sustain and build a good relationship with customers and suppliers, handle customers’ enquiries, and follow-up sales orders and logistic arrangements.
• Carry out day-to-day sales and administration works, typing quotations, sales orders, purchase orders, invoices, and any ad hoc assignments when required.

Working Hours: Mon to Fri: 9:00am to 6:00pm / Sat: 9:00am to 12:00noon (Alternative Sat. off)
