Sales Administrator/Coordinator-OEM/Trading/Manufacturing

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the order processing from customers with the company's system
  • Follow up on any changes on the order and update the relevant teams in HK or regional offices
  • Prepare regular reports through the company's system
  • Streamline/suggest better ways to improve the efficiency and accuracy to the existing operation flow
  • Assist in any ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements

  • Around 2-5 years of relevant working experience in customer service/marketing role in OEM trading/manufacturing sector
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel etc.)
  • Fluent in English and Cantonese
  • Detail-minded, proactive, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
