Sales Administrator/Project Administrator

Job Duty

  • Assist Project Team for project coordination and project administration;
  • Manage and organize project deliverables
  • Assist with client quotations, invoices and delivery notes documents
  • Handle general clerical work
  • Any other ad hoc tasks assigned by management

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma holder or above
  • Minimum 2 years working experience
  • Good Knowledge in MS Word, Excel, and Chinese word processing
  • Good command of both written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
  • Well-organised, hard-working and willing to learn
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Stable, well organized, detail-minded, self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Immediate available is preferred
  • Computer knowledge is a plus
