The Sales & Account Management Analyst, working in conjunction with the Account Management and Sales as well as Platform Solutions teams, will be responsible for assisting the with driving sales and growing adoption with automated workflows across customer sites. They will be the ones showing prospects and users how to use Symphony, thinking of creative ways to transform their workflow inside Symphony, and assisting the Sales organization with how to meet revenue and usage objectives. The Sales & Account Management Analyst must create a persistent focus on engagement and customer satisfaction.
This is a paid position. The duration of the position is 3-6 months with a potential for extension.
