Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and/or review purchase requisitions/orders
  • Coordinate with internal and external parties for issuing purchase order and inquiries
  • Follow up orders and monitor the delivery schedule
  • Prepare sales contracts and work closely with internal and external parties for sales order placement and inquiries
  • Arrange goods receipt and checking, goods delivery and invoice
  • Manage and update all Logistics Documents and records
  • Support for office supplies such as stationery and pantry supplies when required.
  • To manage the daily office administration and facilities
  • Provide support to any ad hoc project if needed

Job Requirements:

  • Form 6 or above
  • Prepare sales contracts and work closely with internal and external parties for sales order placement and inquiries
  • 1- 2 years working experience in purchasing related IT industry is preferred
  • Independent, wiling to learn, detailed-oriented person
  • Good in both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Good in MS application
