Handling and monitoring sales transactions and metrics
Liaising with internal and external parties in regards to promotional functions
Maintaining project schedules
Performing administration and ad hoc duties as assigned
1-2 years of experience in Customer Service or Sales Operation, preferably from an E-commerce company.
Diploma/Degree graduate in business administration or related disciplines.
Highly proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)
Fresh graduates are welcomed.
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Possess excellent communication skills, able to work as a team, as well as multi-task.
Immediately available is highly preferred.
Self-Motivated, proactive and have a high sense of urgency.
Organized and detail minded.
Ability to think-out-of-the-box.
